Job Title: Retirement Coordinator
Position Details:
- 100% Remote
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
- Flexible start and end times within call center operating hours of 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
- Must have functional remote office space with reliable internet connectivity - Client will provide equipment
- Must be able to make a minimum of 125 outbound calls per day
- Call scripts are provided and can be personalized to fit your communication style
- One week of training and shadowing will be provided
- Contract Duration: 2 months with potential for full-time conversion
- Target Start Date: July 7

- Round 1: Zoom interview with Hiring Manager
- Round 2: Panel Zoom interview
As a Retirement Coordinator on our Workplace Planning Team, you’ll play a pivotal role by helping individuals take the next step in their retirement journey by connecting them with our team of expert Financial Advisors. In this role, you’ll proactively reach out to members who are due for a financial review. Through friendly and efficient phone-based outreach, you’ll schedule appointments and emphasize the value of regular financial planning – especially during life milestones and as retirement approaches. Your work ensures clients receive the personal, high-touch service that defines the EFE experience.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact existing members to schedule appointments with Financial Advisors.
- Make a high volume of outbound phone calls daily to connect with members, build trust, and schedule impactful financial advisory appointments.
- Balance a high quantity, efficient approach with a high-quality client experience.
- Serve as a key link connecting clients and advisors, ensuring a seamless and professional interaction.
- Collaborate with advisors to create a cohesive, engaging client journey from initial outreach to appointment completion.
- Build rapport with clients to foster trust and encourage ongoing engagement in their financial planning journey.
Required Skills:
- 4-year college degree preferred (Finance, Business, or related fields are a plus).
- 1 year of professional experience; customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in financial services.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using digital tools.
Pay Transparency:
- This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $25.00/hour - $25.00/hour W-2.
