Airtable Specialist - Newark, NJ

About you
You have a proven track record of designing, building, maintaining, and supporting complex Airtable-based solutions, and you care about building durable value for the internal teams who rely on them.

In this role you will
Help redesign and simplify how data syncs between our core content bases, Build and refine team-facing interfaces tailored to how each content team actually works.
Rationalize and maintain automations, scripts, and workflows across the ecosystem.
Partner with internal content, operations, and engineering teams to gather requirements, question assumptions, and surface risks early.
Create clear documentation and help transfer knowledge so the systems stay maintainable over time.

Basic qualifications
BS in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline.
2+ years designing, building, maintaining, and supporting Airtable-based solutions in an enterprise environment.
Experience with agile and lean product management methodology and best practices.

Preferred qualifications
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to gather input from and communicate with many internal stakeholders.
Experience supporting entertainment-centric companies, producing audio, video, print, etc.

In Office & Hours Requirements
Requires the ability to work in-person from Newark 2 or 3 days a week, for at least 5 hours a day.
May require flexing workday hours to collaborate more with Berlin-based team, on an as-needed basis.

Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite/Hybrid)
Pay:  $61.25/hr - $88.94/hr (W2 Only - based on education/experience)
Contract: 9-month
