The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team leads strategic, integrated marketing efforts for complex cross functional Marketing programs, as well as acts as the front door for the internal Creative team. This team serves as the quarterback for internal teams with the objective of delivering seamless go to market plans, creative and campaigns targeted at customer facing programs.

The IMC team is looking for a Creative Asset Manager to help support the execution of paid media marketing campaigns across a wide variety of digital and traditional platforms. The Creative Asset Manager will own the performance media creative asset delivery quality assurance process, driving creative delivery on-time and interfacing with our agency partners. This role will also support marketing plans by coordinating across key stakeholder teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the digital/motion asset trafficking needs for our projects through the full life cycle from creative development through post-launch
  • Manage delivery of all assets associated with all phases of campaigns, including accurate delivery and QA with Creative team and external agencies
  • Assume ownership of the master deliverables list for assigned projects; ensure clarity of requested assets and associated specs as provided by Marketing and/or media agency partners
  • Oversee accurate delivery of robust paid media campaigns including but not limited to; paid social, OOH, cinema, TV, digital banners and high impact units
  • Clearly communicate/translate asset versions, specs and technical details to creative team members, marketing partners and agency delivery contacts
  • Proactively manage delivery schedules with both Creative and Project Management teams
  • Manage file taxonomy and folder structure
  • Become an expert inour client’s ever-evolving assets, specs, and templates
  • Manage clearances and licensing for footage, photos, and music in collaboration with cross functional business teams
  • Participate in the daily operational functions of the IMC Project Management team, in overall support of the Integrated Marketing Team
  • Develop a living guide of asset examples and learnings to be regularly updated and shared with Creative and IMC team
  • Actively seek areas that could benefit from improvements and create and offer recommendations for new processes/implementations
  • Additional responsibilities may include: third-party images or videos; scheduling meetings

 

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ Years marketing creative project management experience with a strong grasp of the marketing mix and driving GTM for digital products and services

• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources across multiple functional areas

• Experience managing creative development

• Knows project management principles, processes and tools

• 3+ years project management experience

• Strong written & oral communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or other PM certification

• Media or Creative Agency experience

• Familiarity with Brand and Paid social principles and activities
