This is a contract role through Magnit for a personal finance company who offers financial products, educational, content, and tools on a digital platform for users to make informed financial decisions. This is part-time job working 3-5 hours per day for a total of 15-20 hours per week and is fully remote. The work hours are flexible as long as work is done between 9AM-7PM EST working Monday-Friday on a regular basis.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Contractor to provide sales rep troubleshooting, administrative and data entry support on an ongoing basis. This role will support critical operational tasks within Salesforce and a ticketing system, ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation and smooth team operations. Given the access level to sensitive revenue fields, attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform lender reconciliation uploads and assign appropriate sales rep attribution (approximately 2 hours per week).
• Triage Sales Rep troubleshooting requests (3-5 hours per week).
• Assist with monthly reconciliation and changeover processes (8 hours, with an option to flex up to 15 hours during the first four business days of the month).
• Handle new hire setup and onboarding (2 hours per month, depending on hiring schedules).
• Experience with Salesforce, including managing revenue fields or similar sensitive data.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile data accurately.
• Administrative or operational background, with familiarity in data entry and reporting.
• Quick learner, comfortable with limited training and ramp-up time.
• Experience with supporting a Sales Team is a plus.
High School Diploma/GED: Associate's Degree preference

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $20-$25/hr
